Submitting this form sends a registration request; it does not by itself create a booking. The automated email only acknowledges receipt; registration becomes final only after a separate, non-automated confirmation from Dóri.

For a children’s class, please provide the child’s details and the contact details of the parent or guardian responsible for communication.
